Home Based Social Worker
Highfields, Inc. is seeking licensed mental health therapists to grow our Home-Based program in Jackson and Hillsdale Counties. Home-Based provides a unique opportunity to work with kids and families directly in their homes and communities, allowing us to maximize the positive impact of therapy on the child and their environment.

As a Home-Based Therapist you will:
· Provide therapeutic interventions to children and families
· Complete treatment plans and assessments
· Collaborate with others to support family success and access to resources
· Complete clinical documentation
We will support you with comprehensive supervision, including licensure supervision, and many opportunities for training. We currently support staff in developing specialties in Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Parent Management Training (PMTO), or Infant Mental Health.
To qualify for this great opportunity, you need:
· Masters degree in social work, counseling, or psychology
· Commensurate full or limited licensure through the State of Michigan (you will be considered if you are in the process of obtaining your limited license).
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and vehicle insurance coverage
