$40,000 to $50,000, plus profit sharing

The Staffing Consultant is responsible for taking care of our customers by recruiting, hiring and placing the employees our client employers need. The Staffing Consultant is also responsible for understanding the needs of our employees and placing them on assignments they are a good fit for and enjoy. This is a fast-paced environment requiring the Staffing Consultant to be a great multi-tasker, communicator and team player.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruit top level administrative, clerical and light industrial professionals and match them to our clients’ needs
  • Develop and grow PrideStaff's client base by providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients
  • Consult with key managers and senior level executives to understand their needs and provide excellent staffing services to our clients
  • Coach and Mentor Field Associate to help them be successful
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both our PrideStaff clients and the right candidates when fulfilling client job orders
  • Maintain ongoing contact with clients and candidates currently on assignment to ensure both receive outstanding customer service.
 
The ideal candidate for the Staffing Consultant position possesses the following skills and or characteristics:
  • Minimum of two years proven experience in a professional environment
  • Enthusiastic, positive personality with a desire to work in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to embrace a high customer service culture and enjoy that challenge
  • Ability to resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently in order to maintain the highest level of client satisfaction
  • Ability to discuss performance feedback with associates in a direct and professional manner
  • Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal
  • Commitment to provide excellent customer service every day
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and overall strong computer skills
  • College Degree preferred.
