E-Commerce Customer Experience Intern

Job Description 

Job Summary: The E-commerce Intern will focus on specific process improvement projects that directly support the 2021 corporate strategy.

 

Scope of Projects:

·        E-commerce Attraction & Enrollment –

o  Analyze the customers’ e-commerce experience. Identify insights and gaps. Analysis will include, but not limited to, phone call campaigns to existing customer base to follow up on the customers experience using Fuse.  

o  Execute phone call campaigns resulting in increasing enrollment in Fuse.

·        Customer Feedback

o  Improve existing feedback looks, explore and implement new feedback avenues. Update content on a regular cadence. Collect data and pull data from it.

 

Experience and General Skills Required:

·        Marketing experience preferred.

·        Customer Service skills, preferred..

·        Customer Service skills including communication skills for talking with customers on the phone.

·        Data Analysis skills are a plus.

·        Familiarity with Email, CRM and Excel systems is a plus.

 

 

Education Requirements:

·        The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business. 

·        Candidates should be entering their junior or senior year, or enrolled in a graduate program. 

 

 

Internship Details & Schedule: This is a paid onsite internship to be completed over the summer of 2021. The timetable of this internship is flexible, depending upon candidate needs. Candidates that are seeking full-time employment upon graduation are encouraged to apply.
