The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources Conservation Warden Service is the law enforcement branch of the agency. Our warden team is responsible for protecting natural resources, which are essential for the lives, health and happiness of every person. The conservation warden law enforcement career requires many skills/abilities, including communication, an ability to connect with the public, and a passion for helping people and protecting natural resources. We look for applicants from a very wide variety of backgrounds and with a variety of interests (we hire all majors).
