Data Warehouse Intern

Summary:
The Data Warehouse Intern will assist our Global Operations team in increasing efficiency and productivity by reviewing, organizing, and mapping data requirements for a Global Database. You will collaborate with our Global Operations teams to discuss data and reporting requirements, and our IT department to discuss data capabilities within our current systems. Throughout this internship you will also map fields from the reports of our Global Operations teams and identify where data clean-up could occur. By the end of the internship the goal is to have research completed, a strategy and framework developed on how to implement the database, and instructions on how to hand-off to a team to implement.

Required Qualifications:
·     High School Diploma or equivalent.
·     Three years of college coursework completed in Business, Finance, Data Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering with a Data Analytics focus, or related field.
·     Completed coursework in Data Warehousing or Industrial Systems Engineering.
·     Previous project experience in Data Analytics or Statistics (design and analysis of experiments).
·     Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (macros, pivot tables, create a dashboard) and Microsoft Access, a plus.
·     Process improvement, process analysis/mapping, or project management experience, a plus.
·     Experience with Microsoft Office.
·     Commitment to safety and quality.
·     Must be able to work remotely.
