Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR administrative support that includes data entry, file maintenance and record retention.
  • Scheduling interviews, other screenings and orientation for applicants.
  • Preparing documents for distribution to team and new hires.
  • Assist with new hire on boarding such as background checks, issuing IDs and employment eligibility verifications.
  • Assist with monitoring safe & health programs. 
  • Assist with employee social activities planning and participation.
  • Running reports and preparing documentation to support our attendance policy.
 
Required Skills:
  • Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field.
  • Flexible schedule with at least 10 hours a week availability.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Previous ADP experience a plus.
  • Accurate, able to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
