Human Resources Intern
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR administrative support that includes data entry, file maintenance and record retention.
- Scheduling interviews, other screenings and orientation for applicants.
- Preparing documents for distribution to team and new hires.
- Assist with new hire on boarding such as background checks, issuing IDs and employment eligibility verifications.
- Assist with monitoring safe & health programs.
- Assist with employee social activities planning and participation.
- Running reports and preparing documentation to support our attendance policy.
Required Skills:
- Currently working towards a Bachelor’s degree in HR or other related field.
- Flexible schedule with at least 10 hours a week availability.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Previous ADP experience a plus.
- Accurate, able to maintain confidentiality and build trust.
