Veteran Associate Recruiter

The Tour of Duty Associate - Veteran Associate Recruiter’s key responsibilities include sourcing new hires, meeting production goals and utilizing networks to recruit new talent for the company. 

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence of succeeding at both meeting or exceeding production and quality-of-hire goals in a high-volume culture
  • Source and recruit five or more talented candidates per month while creating a fantastic candidate experience and serving client hiring leader needs
  • Showcase strong relationship skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Use networks, centers of influence and innovative, cutting-edge recruiting/sales tactics to identify, develop and recruit talent

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be a recently transitioned military veteran, an active National Guard/reservist or a military spouse
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to use networks, centers of influence, and innovative, cutting-edge recruiting/sales tactics to identify, develop and recruit talent or customers
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Self-motivated, proactive, dynamic and resourceful, with a polished image

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience and demonstrated positive results in direct sourcing and cold call recruitment
  • Experience in sales, banking and/or the mortgage industry
