The Position:
We are seeking a Nurse Technician to join our specialized, compassionate team of clinicians and other healthcare professionals treating patients within our Older Adult Program. The qualified candidate will have completed at least six (6) months of post-high school education in behavioral sciences or similar program, and either have, be interested in, or be actively working toward a CNA certification or RN license. Two (2) or more years of college education is preferred.

Collaborate in day-to-day planning/development of programming and implementation of programs
  • Medication handling and passing (in certain program)
  • Participate in safety management and crisis intervention/prevention
  • Assist persons served with personal care
  • Document all progress notes, medication administration, and other relevant information using the Epic EMR system.
