LFMN: Recruitment & Selection Intern
Lead for Minnesota, state affiliate of Lead for America, is hiring a Recruitment and Selection Intern to assist the Director of Programs with recruitment for our flagship fellowship program. The Recruitment and Selection intern will engage in some or all of the following activities:
- Answering emails from candidates and gatekeepers
- Responding to Handshake messages from gatekeepers and candidates
- Responding to LinkedIn Messages on the LinkedIn Recruiter account
- Using the LinkedIn Recruiter account to research potential candidates
- Managing the Campus Ambassador program
- Managing the LFMN Ambassador program
- Other duties as assigned
This is UNPAID. Students are strongly advised to consult with academic faculty to determine if this meets eligibility standards for academic credit
