Our peer to mentor training program will teach you about apartment management.You will be taught about real estate landlord tenant law. You will be guided in giving tours of our available apartment homes.
A day with our company may consist in creating leases, processing applications, creating advertisements, managing social media and training program consists of 1 to 1 teaching with the General Manager.
This is a team focused position. In only your first year your input will help make will be valued within the company. We are seeking someone who wants variety in their work day. This position is different day to day and it is not strictly a desk job.
Desired applicants for this position should have the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Mathematics, , Marketing, English, History, or other related degrees
- Strong undergrad GPA
- 0 to 3 years of experience
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills , being highly detailed is critical.
- Any extracurricular clubs or previous jobs are a plus
- Any background in web design, networking, or computers is a plus
- Foreign Language is a plus

-Showing apartments to prospective renters, processing applications, creating leases
-Tenant follow up, ensuring tenant satisfaction
-Scheduling maintenance staff for tenant repairs
-Meeting vendors, coordinating material deliveries, scheduling vendor work.
-Assist with lease and contract negotiations in various topics such as insurance, healthcare, utility rates, and others
-Assist with other special projects as needed.
