What You'll Do:
- Work with developers & residents to turn ideas into reality
- Serve as liaison to the City's Planning & Zoning Commission
- Help implement the City's Comprehensive Plan
- Prepare & present reports to the City Council
- Visit sites throughout the community as part of development review process
We Need Someone Who:
- Has the ability to counsel & advise appointed boards
- Is able to solve problems that Google can't answer
- Possesses a desire to continually learn and grow
- Is ready to take the next step in their career
- Has the patience to hear people out
What You Need to Apply:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in urban planning or a related field
- Two to three years of progressively responsible related work experience
- Ability to attend evening meetings
- The ideal candidate will have strong project management, time management, and excellent problem solving skills
