Position Description:
The Application Management Services (AMS) Business Associate will play an integral lead in assisting the AMS Management team with several tactical and strategic initiatives including:
  • Internal reporting
  • Governance
  • Administration activities
  • Coordination of AMS meetings and events
  • Social Media integration
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new AMS employees and with Learning & Development initiatives
  • Continual improvement advocate
  • Communication
 
This role involves working with AMS Management, AMS Consultants, Managed Services senior management, Customer Success organization, Managed Services Pre-Sales, itelligence HR/Recruiting, and Managed Services Operations as well as other lines of business to successfully lead and managed the initiatives mentioned above. 
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
More specifically, the AMS Business Associate will be responsible for the following:   
  • Defining and rolling out a suite of AMS reports and metrics focused on enabling AMS Management to make both tactical and strategic decisions.
  • Establishing and executing an AMS Governance model that ensures all documentation and processes associated with running the AMS business across all Delivery Centers are current, reviewed, and standardized.    
  • Own administration activities for all non-SDM owned client accounts working in conjunction with Managed Services Operations.
  • Coordination of AMS Management Meetings and Events.   
  • Work with Global Managed Services and local AMS Management in advocating new tools to make running the business more efficient and streamlined.
  • Be an advocate for continual improvement opportunities within the AMS Line of Business to further streamline our internal processes.  
  • Utilize social media along with AMS Management to promote AMS business opportunities and itelligence as a top Consulting company as an employee.
  • Own the AMS-specific onboarding for new employees within itelligence. Also, the business associate will provide updates to AMS Management for open job requisitions working with the itelligence recruiting team. 
  • Work with Consulting, AMS Management Team, and Learning & Development in understanding skillset demand and helping understand training needs for the organization.  
  • Publication of an AMS newsletter and periodic updates as needed to the entire AMS organization.  
 
Position Requirements/Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  2. Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  3. Ability to work, collaborate, lead, and facilitate meetings and/or group discussions with all members of the Managed Services organization.
  4. Strong technical aptitude and ability SharePoint, itelligence AMS specific tools, SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office. SharePoint expertise is ideal.
  5. Strong information, research, and requirements gathering skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Preferred:
  1. Global team experience (co-delivering with resources in more than one country).
