Internship for Spring/Summer 2020
Job Responsibilities:
- Available and able to work, Monday –Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Collecting RCOC storm water assets using the ArcCollector application on tablets in the field with a partner
- Downloading and processing data to a master database using ArcGIS
- Assisting in period creation of maps or miscellaneous environmental research
Skills Required:
- The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with ArcMap GIS, ArcCollector or other GPS collection units is preferred
- Possess strong organizational skills and to complete all work in a timely manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
Education/Certifications:
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior pursuing a degree in Geographic Information Systems or related field
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
