Friend of the Court Caseworker

The purpose of this job is to provide casework functions to review, independently assess, and analyze domestic Friend of the Court cases for the purpose of enforcing, reviewing, and modifying child support, parenting time, and custody provisions of court orders. Completes investigations, reports, and drafts orders and recommendations for the court as necessary.

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in the area of social work. Psychology, sociology, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, criminal justice, social work, counseling or a closely related field.

 

Experience: One year1-3 years of experience in a court or closely related setting including past experience in related jobs, internships and/or on the job training in this position.
