ProMedica Physicians Group is hosting an Open Interview Event on Tuesday, October 22nd. Stop by anytime between 10am and 4pm!

Join us for onsite interviews! We are hiring for clerical and clinical office staff: Patient Service Coordinators and Medical Assistants. We have Full-time and Part-time opportunities at multiple locations! 

Event Location: ProMedica Flower Hospital – Conference Center - - 5200 Harroun Road, Sylvania, Ohio 43560 (The event will be held in the conference center, located to the right of the hospital.)

Job Requirements 

CLERICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

•High school graduate or its equivalent.

•Must be able to understand directions (written and verbal), communicate and respond to inquiries.

•Able to promote a strong commitment towards achieving outstanding internal and external customer satisfaction.

•General computer and typing proficiency. 

•Independent judgment and excellent interpersonal skills requiring minimal supervision and guidance. 

•Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or clerical setting.

CLINICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

•Must be a high school graduate or its equivalent.  

•Able to promote a strong commitment towards achieving outstanding internal and external customer satisfaction and superior patient experience. 

•Able to work independently, prioritize, problem solve and work cooperatively with faculty and staff.

•Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the medical industry; including both patient care or non-patient care roles  

•BLS (CPR), must present a current BLS course card from the AHA at time of employment, or obtain certification within 90 days of hire

CLINICAL JOB PREFERENCES (not required)

•Completion of a recognized MA program at an accredited college or university or possess equivalent experience.

•Registration or Certification as a Medical Assistant through accredited body; or active license from applicable state as an LPN, or RN required.
