In this position, you will:          
  • Help clients complete Combined Application Forms (CAF) and conduct interviews.
  • Link clients to the Youth Eligibility Team (YET), answer questions through instant messaging.
  • Help clients independently access the help line and talk with their YET team.
  • Help clients create a plan for obtaining paperwork and organizing documents; educate clients about paperwork.
  • Help clients create questions and learn how to advocate on the phone with team members.
