Work You’ll Do
As a Specialist Analyst, you will be an integral member of a client service team, collaborating with diverse and talented team members to help solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for our clients across a broad base of industries. You will support the full-lifecycle of an ERP implementation. You can capitalize on our cross-industry presence to find your niche and build your individual brand within the organization. You should have strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings effectively. While a career in consulting is dynamic and evolving, we look for people who will perform in specific areas, grow those related skills, and deliver exceptional results to our clients. We recognize that you have unique skills, experiences, and interests and work to align and develop you upon entry to your career to a particular ERP package (such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday) to begin growing your knowledge in this focus area. An Enterprise Resource Planning Specialist Analyst works with clients to analyze business operations and translate those requirements into new business processes and solutions through configuration, creation of functional specs, data conversion, and training material development. These resources then support the deployment of the new business processes and technology platform. Explicitly, as a Specialist Analyst you will focus your time and energy on designing and implementing on ERP programs. Project management skills, such as project plan development and tracking, issue and risk mitigation, status reporting, and documentation support are core functions a Specialist Analyst will perform. We are looking for someone who is passionate about gaining depth of experience in a specific technology solution to deliver exceptional value to our clients. Additionally, we are looking for a Specialist Analyst who is energetic, creative, intellectually curious, self-motivated, and inspires a high level of confidence in team members and clients.

Required Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s Degree completed by Fall 2020 in these related areas of study
  • Business
  • Information Systems
  • STEM
·      Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
·      Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.2)
·      Prior knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Workday is a plus
·      Ability to travel 80-100%
