We offer full support to our advisers, including licensing, ongoing training, and mentoring from our president, Mike Michalak, who has over 17 years of experience.
 
Financial Service Professional
Working as a Financial Service Professional at 2M, you will have the freedom of being your own boss, rewarding your own work ethic and successes, as well as having a flexible schedule. You will network to build your clientele; listen to your client’s needs, and then provide guidance in various aspects of their finances. 2M Financial Group will guide you every step of the way, assisting you while you build your own successful practice.
 
Job Duties
·        Learn about our various financial products and services
·        Discuss financial needs of individuals and businesses to help them achieve their long-term goals
·        Clearly present potential solutions using our suite of products and services
·        Develop and implement business and marketing plans
·        Network to find potential clients, and manage their accounts long-term
·        Receive ongoing professional training, development, and coaching
·        Candidate would functioning in the role of an Agent with New York Life Insurance Company and possibly also a Registered Representative offering securities products and services through NYLIFE Securities LLC
 
Qualifications
·        Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
·        Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and presentation skills
·        Goal oriented in an individual and team setting
·        Must be self-motivated, including managing your time well and being organized
