A Note from the Director of Leasing

I will mainly be looking for strong communication skills, with a heavy focus on writing, so I would love to see a writing example (in other words, a cover letter or an introduction email would be awesome). Other than that, I would like someone with a positive energy, someone who will bring innovative ideas to help contribute to the growth of the Company, and someone with the hunger for professional growth. I do not want to act as a boss in the sense that I will tell you what to do. Instead, I would prefer to act more as a mentor and provide you with the necessary tools and advice to be successful, but I will challenge you to think creatively and strategically. FYI: I share some of my thoughts throughout this ad, so be sure to read it in its entirety.

To receive an offer for the Leasing Agent Position, you will need to pass all rounds of the Application Review.

  • Round 1: Work Experience Assessment. I'll look over your resume and will reach out if I'm interested in moving your Application to the second round. You're welcome to email (you can find my email on our website) for updates.
  • Round 2: Video Questionnaire. You will be asked to submit a video questionnaire, in which you will answer 5-8 questions, one minute long each, asked by the Director of Leasing. _The purpose of the video questionnaire is to get an idea of who you are, your personality, and how you communicate verbally. It's meant to be casual and laid back, so don't stress over it.
  • Round 3: In-Person Interview. I will reach out to schedule a 30-60 minute, in-person interview. Please know that our culture and attire is casual. In other words, a suit isn't necessary. If you cannot interview in person, we could possibly schedule a Live Video Interview upon request.
