Network Administrator / Engineer - Jr. Level - New College Grads encouraged to apply!
The network administrator operates across functional and technical teams to deliver and support organizations Infrastructure needs. Successful candidate will serve as a lead admin to develop operational procedures, standards and audits on the infrastructure to ensure up-time and efficiency.
- Work in conjunction with the Enterprise Architecture Team to design, document, implement and maintain a mission critical, multi-tiered infrastructure.
- Work with all aspects of the business to provide a solution that is scalable, adaptable, and in sync with ever changing business needs and technology capabilities.
- Document and enforce technical standards
- Involved in the development of policies, SOP's, and guidelines that direct the selection, development, and implementation of technology.
- Design and test a comprehensive disaster recovery process
- Provide the highest level of technical support
- Follow the ITIL methodology to manage operational work.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise in a wide variety of infrastructure-related topics, including Storage, Server, Network, Database, Virtualization, and Client technologies, to aid in technology direction and purchasing decisions.
- 1-3 years experience in junior/mid level engineer and/or administration role.
- Certification is highly desirable: MCSE, MCSA, Citrix, VMWare, Cisco, IT Project Management
- Bachelor's degree
