Account Manager with Training Program

Job Summary

While training you will learn about cloud communications and how businesses use these services to communicate more effectively and economically. You will learn to manage simple and multi-step orders, provide training to customers, provide sales quotations, and present nexVortex services. Training is conducted in a team oriented environment providing you with many opportunities to work with other departments and receive a well rounded training experience. This position will give you a great foundation to grow your career.

nexVortex provides a 3 month training program with ongoing training and mentoring. Once you have completed training you will join the nexVortex partner support team or take a path to have your own sales territory.
 
Qualifications and Skills Required
·      Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
·      Bachelors Degree or Past History of Success in Customer Service Positions
·      Detail Oriented, Team Oriented
·      Comfortable in a fast paced environment
