Client Ambassador

Summary of responsibilities This position provides day-to-day concierge-level customer service to all of our clients and provides quarterly support for the institutional clients of the firm.

Principal responsibilities
• Use our online scheduling tool to manage client appointments
• Answer phones & greet clients to make them feel welcome, to answer questions, and to put them in touch with the right person in the firm
• Manage our website and social media accounts
• Assist with promoting firm, attending events, and designing campaigns to attract new clients
• Assist with client segmentation to deliver an outstanding customer experience for our clients
• Organize client events & tours
• Prepare annual employee education retirement plan meeting materials
• Assist in preparation of meeting materials for quarterly institutional client reviews
• Provide support, including:
o Use CRM system to track client data
o Use Calendly to make and track client appointments
o Use Process Street to track office workflow and follow up tasks
o Use Microsoft Office to create, manage, store and handle office documents
o Prepare and send outgoing mail, email campaigns, Christmas cards, birthday cards, etc.

Required knowledge/skills/competencies
• BA or BS preferred
• Outgoing, friendly, warm, engaging personality
• Exceptional customer service experience
• Proficiency with computer programs, including MS Word, Outlook and Excel, social media, apps, etc.
• Ability to interact with people across all levels of the business
• Attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Sophisticated organizational skills, including physical resources (such as files, manuals, etc.) and nonphysical resources (such as calendars, appointments, events, client contact records, images, etc.)
• Familiarity with basic marketing concepts and practices
• A self-starter who can work independently
• FINRA Series 7 & Series 63 a plus

Compensation
• Commensurate with experience
• Benefits include retirement plan with company contribution; $50,000 of life insurance; short term and
