Responsibilities and Duties
- Driving business requirements and functional specification sessions with multiple stakeholder groups
- Creating as-is/to-be process flows
- Define and documents comprehensive UAT test scripts and expected results
- Help represent the business in project meetings (provide subject matter expertise)
- Help organize and drive IT initiatives to completion
Background/Skills
- Solid capital markets background and understanding of sales and trading
- Good personality fit to thrive in the trading floor environment and high pressure, high visibility projects
- Able to work closely with both business and technology teams
- Detail oriented with good communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to multi-task and work on several projects/initiatives in parallel
