We are a commercial property & casualty insurance company looking to fill entry-level claims positions. We consider a variety of backgrounds and do not require insurance experience. Our on-the-job training provides the right candidate the opportunity to be successful in this position.
What is claims? Insurance claim specialists investigate claims for damage to determine if the company’s policy applies, to evaluate the extent of loss and to achieve resolution.
Claim specialists utilize strong communication and customer service skills, investigative ability to determine the facts, and analytical ability to make appropriate judgments and decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic math
- Analyze data, apply knowledge and logic, and draw conclusions
- Excellent oral and written communication, especially with individuals outside the Company
- Work independently within established authority while maintaining strict confidentiality
