Maintenance Manager

IKUS Life Enrichment Services looks to hire a Facilities and Maintenance Manager to manage the 25 acres and 30 buildings on our property. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance, grounds, equipment, housekeeping vehicles and contract services. This position is directly responsible for hands on daily maintenance, and facility upkeep as well as supporting all other services provided by the organization. Upkeep includes: painting, plumbing, electrical, masonry, carpentry, HVAC, Fire Suppression, and alarms, management of indoor pool (will train), water systems and septic systems. The facility and maintenance staff will help hire and supervise year-round janitorial staff, summer seasonal maintenance staff, as well as volunteer groups. Proven experience in one of the following trades is important: General construction, plumbing, HVAC, mechanic, carpentry, electrical. First Aid and CPR certification required (training provided).
