Recruitment Coordinator

The ideal candidate must be organized, process-driven, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and able to maintain confidentiality. 1-2 years of previous recruitment experience is preferred.
DESCRIPTION
Essential Functions include:
  • Interact with Location and Operations manager to determine hiring needs and time-to-fill deadlines.
  • Manage the pre-screening process for non-exempt employees.
  • Assist in managing the recruiting process by tracking Employee Requisitions, creating and placing ads, creating internal postings, receiving resumes, scheduling interviews, processing background checks, developing and mailing offer letters and sending sign-off letters.
  • Interpret completed background checks and motor vehicle record checks and make recommendations to the hiring manager.
  • Administer the pre-employment drug testing process.
  • Assist Workforce Development Specialist in research and recommendations for social media avenues and new recruitment tools.
  • Assist with developing literature/brochure highlighting the company's marketing area and what it has to offer to attract outstate candidates.
  • Attend job fairs as needed.
  • Assist HR Team withnew hire orientation to ensure seamless on-boarding with new associates; creates welcome folders; reviews and coordinates new hire paperwork for processing with the payroll team.
  • Assist HR team with implementation and analysis of metrics and maintain historical data on candidate-time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source-of-hire, quality-of-hire and cost-per-hire to determine best practices to improve & enhance recruitment strategy.
  • Manage employee personnel folders
This position requires:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in the Human Resource field
  • 1-2 years previous experience in Human Resources in a recruitment capacity
  • Previous office experience required
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Intermediate computer skills required
  • Must possess good interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and the able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
  • Valid drivers license with reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned business units and career fairs as needed
  • Previous applicant tracking system experience is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
