Secondary Spanish Teacher

Position: 2018-2019 Secondary Spanish Teacher

Reports To: Building Principal

Salary Schedule: Per Master Agreement

Qualifications:

1. Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate

2. Additional endorsements preferred in the areas of

 Language Arts (BX)

 English (BA)

 Science (DI or DX)

 Mathematics (EX)

 Foreign Language

3. Must meet the “Highly-Qualified” Status

4. Develop and implement effective behavior management plans

5. Demonstration of skills in relationship building with all stakeholders

6. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff

7. Must demonstrate patience and compassion

8. Demonstrate the ability to keep confidentiality in regards to the Family Privacy Act
