Corp HR Administrator

The Corporate Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the ADP data for all employee records, as well as enforcing compliance of Company Policy and Labor Laws within multiple states.

Works under general supervision; relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform functions of the job; some level of discretion or judgment is required.

 

·        Maintains integrity of personnel records in the ADP EV5, ADP Canada, and Onbase systems:

§ Processes new hire, rehired, and transferred employee records

§ Processes employee changes (pay, department, taxes, direct deposits, payroll deductions, etc.)

§ Processes all employment separations and reports to Equifax

§ Reviews personnel forms and documents to ensure accuracy, quality and compliance

·        Assists plant administration with hourly timekeeping, attendance, and pay records in Empower:

§ Supports the plants with inquires on day-to-day transactions and processes.

§ Enters and audits pay and attendance policy setups.

§ Enters/loads hourly variable and incentive payments.

§ Processes retro payments.

§ Assists with the weekly close of the time and attendance period.

·        Conducts assigned audits to ensure accuracy of HR and payroll data and corrects any discrepancies on a timely manner.

·        Prepares, calculates salary wage overrides and additional pay items for payroll processing.

·        Assists plant administration with off-cycle check requests.

·        Coordinates performance review and new hires benefit orientation process.

·        Provides frontline support and assistance to employees, plant administration, and management regarding general HR inquiries.

·        Prepares various reports and maintains files as required

·        Assists the HR group with various human resources related projects

·        Performs other duties as required
