IT Help Desk Support Specialist

Health Net of West Michigan seeks a part-time IT Help Desk Support Specialist to work with an interdisciplinary and diverse team. The position provides technical support and guidance to Health Net’s computer users on a variety of issues related to data and IT systems. The support specialist identifies, researches and resolves technical problems, responds to requests for technical support and documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure timely resolution.   Support must be provided and/or communicated in a clear, user-friendly, professional manner.

Desired candidate must have an Associate’s degree or higher in computer science or related discipline. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
 
Pay range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
