Data Management Specialist
Entry level position, willing to train! Ideal candidate will be able to work full time but accepting applications for part-time while attending college.

The successful candidate will oversee receiving and distribution of all engineering data, from and to vendors and customers, as well as document all data transactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Bring in data from outside companies and log the data – translate it into usable data
- Correct data with the CAD data fixing program
- Generate a log on all data that comes in or out of companies
- Translate and log CAD data being sent to outside companies or vendors
- Responsible for moving and tracking CAD data on network
- Receive and distribute all engineering product from and to vendors and customers
- Document all data transactions
- Manage design hours in ERP System
- Order steel for jobs
- Process BOM and Split BOM for each job
- Maintain accurate records for accessing customer data transfer sites and ftp server
- Create and maintain CTD Intranet pages
- Track job data released for manufacturing
- Manage the customer standards database
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Expert level computer skills, including MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of CAD software
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
- Reliable and dependable
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field
- Design and AutoCAD Experience is ideal but not required
