Recruiter
Role Description
The Loan Officer Recruiter role at Future Mortgage is a full-time, on-site position based in Boise, ID. This is a highly sales-driven recruiting position focused on identifying, engaging, and building long-term relationships with experienced mortgage loan officers across the country.
The Recruiter will be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting, cold calling, managing inbound recruiting inquiries, and consistently following up with prospective loan officers.
