Unit Spotlight: 5E Acute/Trauma Stepdown

• 23‑bed Adult Medical/Surgical unit specializing in Acute Care Surgery and Trauma
• Care for patients recovering from trauma and common surgical procedures such as appendectomies, gallbladder removal, and bowel obstruction
• Excellent learning environment for new graduate nurses, supporting skill‑building and confidence development
• Unique mobility program focused on improving recovery and patient outcomes
• Care partner model that pairs nurses with licensed support staff for built‑in teamwork and support

Schedule

• Rotating 12‑hour shifts (24/7 coverage) | every other weekend/holiday

Requirements

• RN/BSN graduate or graduating in 2026/2027
• RN license or Temporary Practice Permit (TPP) at hire
• Must obtain RN licensure within 6 months of hire or 1 year of graduation
• BLS/CPR and required PA clearances
