Bandera Therapy, an Ensign-affiliated therapy organization, is hiring Occupational Therapists across Arizona.
With 42 locations throughout Arizona, Bandera Therapy has multiple open Occupational Therapist positions available in a variety of communities and settings. We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities for clinicians who are passionate about helping patients regain independence, improve function, and safely return to the highest level of independence possible.
Our therapists work as part of experienced, collaborative interdisciplinary teams where clinicians are encouraged to take an active role in patient care, program development, and clinical decision-making.

Compensation
- $40 - $55 per hour

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Arizona, or ability to obtain Arizona licensure
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-care skills
Essential Job Duties
- Evaluate patients with cognitive, physical, functional, and ADL deficits and develop individualized treatment plans
- Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and regulatory requirements
- Implement therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities, ADL retraining, adaptive equipment training, and other appropriate treatment interventions
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families regarding treatment plans, safety, and functional outcomes
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Prepare comprehensive discharge recommendations and summaries
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and facility programs as appropriate
