Psych RN, Per Diem

PRN Scheduling Requirements

• Minimum: 32 hours per 6-week scheduling period
• Weekend commitment: At least 24 of the 32 hours must be worked on a weekend
  • Weekend hours are defined as shifts between Friday at 11:00 PM through Sunday starting at 3:00 PM
• Holidays: 2 assigned holidays per year
• Shifts: Both 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available
• Self-scheduling provides added flexibility

• High Acuity Adult Inpatient
• Adult Psychiatric Urgent Care
• Pediatric Inpatient
• Neuromodulation Clinic
• Other behavioral health populations and programs across Pine Rest

Education & Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• Previous satisfactory clinical experience
• Psychiatric/behavioral health nursing knowledge and experience preferred based on the clinical area

What You'll Do

As a Pine Rest RN, you'll provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care while working alongside an interdisciplinary behavioral health team. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, medication and treatment coordination, patient and family education, documentation, safety, and clinical leadership.
