Information Technology Auditor

The purpose of the class is to ensure City Information Technology (IT) systems and data are secure, compliant, and efficient. The IT Auditor will assist with identifying and managing risks like cyberattacks, data breaches, and system failures; ensure that IT systems and data management comply with laws and regulations; and identify areas where IT operations can be improved, which can result in cost savings and better business performance; protect an organization's IT assets from unauthorized access, use, and destruction; and ensure that an organization's database is accurate, updated, and reliable.
