Position Overview
GOFO is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse operations through data reporting, inventory tracking, workforce coordination, and operational support.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates interested in building hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, data, and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Collect and maintain daily operational data, including headcount, capacity, work hours, inventory, and exceptions.
- Prepare basic reports and maintain operational records to support warehouse decision-making.
- Coordinate with labor vendors on staffing, shift assignments, and attendance tracking.
- Manage warehouse materials, including inventory registration, distribution, and inbound/outbound records.
- Process inventory and logistics data in internal systems and follow up on discrepancies or operational issues.
- Communicate real-time updates across teams and track key tasks through completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related majors are a plus.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Excel; SQL or other data analysis experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, inventory records, and operational systems.
- Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment and manage multiple priorities.
