Accounting and Financial Operations Intern

Woodruff Scout Camp is seeking an Accounting & Financial Operations Intern for Summer 2027. This paid internship provides hands-on experience supporting the financial operations of a large summer camp, including payroll, timesheets, expense tracking, petty cash, bank deposits, invoice processing, and financial recordkeeping. The intern will work directly with the Camp Director and use Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial and operational records.

Applicants should be 18 or older and pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail, organization, and basic Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Housing, meals, most staff uniform pieces, and weekly pay are provided. Internship credit may be available through the student’s college or university.
