Wealth Management Associate — LC-Elite Leadership Program
The LC-Elite Program is a 2-year track built around two things at once: building your own book of business through active sales, and — once you hit defined performance benchmarks — learning to recruit, coach, and develop a team of associates. By month 24, top performers are running their own client base while leading a small team, positioned for Vice President.
Leadership here is earned through sales performance and people development, not analytical work. If you're aiming for a research or portfolio-strategy career, this program won't get you there.
How the Track Is Structured
- Associate Trainee (0–6 months): Licensing, rigorous sales training, first client relationships established
- Junior Associate (6–12 months): Pipeline consistency, sharpened closing ability, scaling production
- Wealth Management Associate (12–24 months): Promotion into leadership — recruiting and developing new associates, providing coaching and joint-work mentorship, contributing to firm strategy — while continuing to grow your personal book
Top performers exit the program positioned for Vice President.
What Leadership Looks Like at Lemnis Capital
- Recruiting and selecting the next class of financial professionals
- Direct coaching and joint-work mentorship with newer associates
- Participation in Leadership development and firm-wide strategic initiatives
- Continued ownership and growth of your own book — leadership here means more responsibility, not less production
The Standard to Get There
- Disciplined, active sales performance in Phases 1 and 2 — this track is earned, not assumed
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating against clear KPIs
- Recent graduate or early-career professional (within ~3 years), finance, business, sales, or entrepreneurship background preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship — we are unable to sponsor work visas at this time

- Full licensing sponsorship (Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 & 63)
- Professional Selling Skills training and advanced sales coaching
- Leadership development and executive mentorship as you move into the management phase

- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
This Track Is For You If
- You want to own a business, not just hold a job
- You're willing to be held to a demanding standard early, in exchange for a real leadership seat later
- You measure your own success by the team you build, not just the number you hit
