Financial Advisor Associate — LC-Elite Fast Track to Vice President

Lemnis Capital's LC-Elite Program moves associates from Associate Trainee to Vice President in two years, based entirely on performance against defined benchmarks — not tenure. You'll spend the first year building a book of business through active outreach: cold calls, in-person prospecting, and referral networking. As you hit your numbers, you move into a role that combines running your own client base with recruiting and coaching other associates.

This is a client-facing, revenue-generating role — not a research, analyst, or back-office position. If you're aiming for a desk-based analytical career, this isn't that job.

The Track

  • Phase 1 — Associate Trainee (0–6 months): Licensing, structured sales training, and your first client wins.
  • Phase 2 — Junior Associate (6–12 months): Pipeline discipline, sharpened close rate, scaling production.
  • Phase 3 — Wealth Management Associate (12–24 months): Promotion into leadership — recruiting, coaching, and team development, with Vice President as the outcome for top performers.

Advancement is strictly performance-based. There is no tenure track here — only a results track.

What You'll Own

  • A weekly, disciplined outreach strategy — cold calls, referrals, networking, in-person prospecting, and events
  • Client strategy meetings and full-cycle deal closing
  • A pipeline built and managed to institutional standards
  • Once promoted: recruiting, selecting, and coaching new associates as they build their own books

The Firm's Investment in You

  • A defined 2-year track to Vice President, with measurable benchmarks at each phase
  • Full licensing sponsorship (Life & Health, SIE, Series 7 & 63)
  • Professional Selling Skills training and advanced coaching from top-producing advisors
  • Leadership development and executive mentorship as you move into management
  • Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)

Compensation

Two structures, so you can align risk and reward with your own goals:

  • Stability Path: Monthly stipend + reduced commission, for a controlled ramp-up
  • Performance Path: Full commission and bonus eligibility, uncapped, income tied directly to production

Typical first-year total compensation: $45,000–$85,000+, scaling with your book of business as you advance.

  • Comfortable operating in a high-accountability, metrics-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship — we are not able to sponsor work visas at this time
