Position Summary

McLaren Industries is seeking a dependable, organized, and motivated Sales & Digital Lead Coordinator to support our sales team by managing and distributing incoming customer leads.

This position is responsible for monitoring leads from multiple digital sources, entering and updating information accurately, assigning leads to the appropriate sales representatives, and ensuring every customer inquiry receives prompt attention.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor incoming customer leads from websites, digital advertising platforms, email, and other sources.

Review and accurately enter lead information into the appropriate system.

Distribute leads promptly and fairly to the appropriate sales representatives.

Monitor lead activity and follow up with the sales team to ensure leads are being addressed.

Maintain accurate and organized lead records.

Identify duplicate, incomplete, or inaccurate lead information.

Communicate with sales representatives and management regarding lead status and activity.

Assist with basic reporting and tracking of lead volume, response times, and outcomes.

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the sales and marketing teams.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree or currently enrolled.

Previous administrative, customer service, sales-support, or data-entry experience is preferred but not required.

Comfortable working with computers, email, and web-based systems.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Willingness to learn new systems and processes.

Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule and Work Location

Full-time position

Monday through Friday

In-person at our Jacksonville, Florida location

This is not a remote position

Compensation

$16.00 per hour
