We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented intern interested in Digital Communications to help manage and maintain our digital presence. This role is ideal for a student or early-career professional interested in communications, marketing, nonprofit work, arts administration, or digital media who would like hands-on experience with a growing arts organization.
The Digital Communications Coordinator will work alongside GRCO’s leadership and marketing/design team to ensure our website, event information, donation links, email communications, and other digital materials are accurate, current, and ready ahead of important deadlines.
Responsibilities may include:
- Updating and maintaining website content
- Adding or revising event information, donation links, forms, and calls to action
- Via Mailchimp-Assisting with email newsletters and audience communications
- Helping prepare and schedule social media or digital content
- Designing text, photo, or information updates using GRCO’s existing branding
- Coordinating with the marketing/design team on new materials and campaigns
- Helping ensure important digital updates are completed and tested before events
- Occasionally assisting with other communications-related projects as GRCO grows
Experience with website management, email marketing platforms, social media, graphic design, or digital communications is helpful but not required.
Time Commitment: Approximately 0–4 hours per week, with some weeks requiring little to no work and occasional additional activity leading up to concerts or events.
