About For His Glory Ministry

For His Glory Ministry (FHGM) is a growing Christian ministry committed to encouraging, equipping, and educating people through God’s Word. Through our digital ministry, counseling and recovery resources, church partnerships, community outreach, and global missions, we are passionate about meeting people right where they are and helping connect them to Christ, community, and the local church.

We are looking for a motivated, creative, and organized intern who wants to gain real-world experience in SEO, digital marketing, communications, and nonprofit office management while helping advance the mission of FHGM.

Position Overview

The SEO, Marketing & Office Management Intern will work alongside FHGM leadership to strengthen our online presence, help manage marketing initiatives, and support the day-to-day organization of the ministry office.

This is a hands-on internship. Rather than simply observing, the intern will have opportunities to contribute to real projects, campaigns, events, and ministry initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website

Assist with improving FHGM's website search engine optimization (SEO)

Research keywords and opportunities to improve Google search visibility

Help optimize website pages, titles, descriptions, and content

Monitor website traffic and basic SEO performance

Help keep website information, programs, events, and resources current

Marketing & Communications

Assist in creating and scheduling social media content

Help develop marketing campaigns for ministry programs, events, fundraising, counseling, recovery, and church partnerships

Create or assist with graphics, promotional materials, emails, and digital content

Help maintain consistent FHGM branding across platforms

Research new opportunities for increasing awareness and engagement

Assist with event promotion and fundraising campaigns

Track basic marketing and social media analytics

Office Management & Administration

Assist with day-to-day ministry office organization

Help manage calendars, files, spreadsheets, contact lists, and ministry records

Assist with correspondence and follow-up communications

Help coordinate meetings, events, partnerships, and special projects

Support preparation of materials for meetings, presentations, and outreach

Assist leadership with administrative projects as needed

Help develop systems that make the ministry more organized and efficient

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Currently pursuing a degree or training in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, Public Relations, Office Administration, or a related field

Interested in learning SEO and digital marketing

Comfortable working with social media and digital platforms

Organized and able to manage multiple projects

A strong written and verbal communicator

Creative, dependable, and willing to take initiative

Comfortable learning new technology and software

Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality when working with ministry information

Supportive of the Christian mission, values, and vision of For His Glory Ministry

Experience with Canva, WordPress/websites, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, social media platforms, email marketing, or SEO tools is helpful but not required.
