Key Responsibilities:

• Support patients with daily living activities and emotional needs
• Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation
• Document patient care and progress
• Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• Support treatment plans and group activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNA certification and/or college coursework in behavioral sciences
• Experience working with individuals with mental health or developmental needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
