Manufacturing Engineer (Entry-Level)

Location: Horicon, WI (Onsite) 
Position Type: Contract (12 Months, Possible Extension) 
Shift: 1st Shift (5:00 AM – 1:30 PM)

We are seeking motivated recent engineering graduates and early-career engineers to join a manufacturing team supporting production operations. Candidates with engineering internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work closely with production employees, engineers, and supervisors on the shop floor.
• Assist with process improvements and assembly tooling initiatives.
• Communicate project progress and engineering solutions to leadership.
• Spend approximately 50% of the workday in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Agricultural, or a related Engineering field.
• Recent graduates with internship or co-op experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

• Overtime and occasional off-shift support may be required based on business needs.
• Safety footwear (metatarsal boots) is required.
