About the CTIONCOTEST™ Project: CTIONCOTEST™ is our proprietary precision medicine platform and core valuation driver. It directly solves the critical 95% failure rate in oncology clinical trials caused by inaccurate animal models. Utilizing industrialized 3D-bioprinting and proprietary bio-inks, the platform dissociates a live patient tumor biopsy and re-assembles it into hundreds of identical, reproducible "3D micro-tumors" that perfectly mimic the human tumor microenvironment. CTIONCOTEST™ commercialization is built on three pillars: Laboratory Developed Tests (LDT), Companion Diagnostics (CDx), and Oncology CRO Services.
The Role
As our production capacity scales, we are adding two General Production Laboratory Technicians to our core team. This high-throughput, hands-on role is ideal for a precise, organized scientist eager to work at the absolute leading edge of advanced bioprinting and non-animal pre-clinical screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Routine Processing: Execute daily handling, feeding, and expansion tasks for mammalian cell lines and human tissue stocks.
- Bioprinting Operations: Set up and operate automated 3D bioprinters to manufacture standardized commercial batches of CTISkin™ and CTIPharma™ configurations.
- Screening Support: Assist in running automated high-throughput oncology screening bioassays on printed micro-tumor platforms.
- Lab Upkeep: Prepare media batches, maintain cleanroom environments, sterilize tools, and log all manufacturing metrics directly into the LIMS.
Qualifications
Education: B.S. in Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a related life sciences major.
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience, with a solid foundation in aseptic mammalian cell culture.
Competencies: Demonstrated capacity to strictly follow detailed technical protocols with high reproducibility; strong collaborative team player.
