What You Will Do:
- Provide high quality nursing care in accordance with recognized standards of nursing practice and established policies.
- Provide leadership and promote sound communications throughout nursing department and report regularly to the clinical coordinator and trends.
- Interact with residents and staff through a genuine concern for the smooth operations of the shift.
- Participate in comprehensive assessments and care planning with residents and the interdisciplinary team.
What We are Seeking:
- LPN with current NJ State License
- Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing
- Experience in working with the disabled, preferably in a rehabilitation or long term setting
- Skill in problem solving, goal setting, and ability to utilize appropriate interdisciplinary team members.
