About the Role
The Dental Hygienist delivers dental hygiene services and patient education for adult and pediatric patients while supporting clinic workflows, infection control standards, and accurate documentation. This position plays a key role in preventive care, patient engagement, and team-based service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide dental hygiene services including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and periodontal charting
- Perform oral health screenings, oral cancer checks, and head and neck evaluations
- Take dental radiographs and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and nutrition
- Apply preventive treatments such as fluoride varnish and sealants
- Maintain infection control standards and sterilize instruments appropriately
- Support equipment and supply management and routine maintenance
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and required continuing education
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient, patient-centered care

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of dental hygiene.
- Valid and active Minnesota license required.
- Current CPR certification.
- Licenses and certifications in good standing.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; not required.
