Inside sales specialist
Job Summary:
The purpose of this function is to engage incoming leads and existing customers strategically, as well as to build customer relationships. The role works with the sales team to guide customers through the sales process and contribute to business growth and success.
Responsibilities:
• Maintains a thorough awareness of the organization's portfolio, which includes products, services, and promotional programs, in order to give consumers with accurate and relevant information.
• Makes good use of the organization's sales tools and processes, guaranteeing precise lead tracking and management.
• Answers customer inquiries and efficiently sells the organization's products to the installed base.
• Understands the client's procurement processes and decision-making criteria, and uses this expertise to secure new business and retain existing partnerships.
• Identifies new business prospects within existing accounts, identifying areas for growth and taking responsibility of new leads.
• Works with assigned sales people in complex sales scenarios or when rivals interact with customers face-to-face.
• Uses solution-based selling, addressing customers' complicated requests across numerous products or services and delivering comprehensive solutions that meet their requirements.
• Controls strategic access points at the customer level that are aligned with broader business objectives, promoting stronger relationships and increasing commercial opportunities.
• Walks leads through the whole sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, displaying skill in handling each stage of the process.
• Uses data and analytics to find trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, then makes informed decisions to improve sales performance.
Education & Experience Recommended:
• A high school diploma, a general education diploma (GED), a higher secondary education, or equivalent job experience or proven competence.
• Holds 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in inside sales or tele sales, or a related field.
