Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing home healthcare team in the Jacksonville area. We have flexible opportunities available throughout Jacksonville and surrounding communities caring for pediatric and adult patients in the comfort of their homes.

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $42.00+ per hour

Position Overview

As a Home Healthcare Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to pediatric and adult patients in their homes. Our nurses play a critical role in helping patients remain safely at home while receiving high-quality clinical care.

We have opportunities available for nurses experienced with:

• G-Tube (Gastrostomy Tube) Care
• Tracheostomy (Trach) Care
• Ventilator (Vent) Management
• Skilled Nursing Cases
• Lower-Acuity and Unskilled Patient Cases

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active Florida RN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment and communication skills

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Active Florida LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong patient care and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Home healthcare experience
• Experience with Trach, Vent, or G-Tube patients
• Pediatric and/or adult nursing experience
