We are a tech-enabled snow removal business that employs college students. Gain real-world marketing, operations, and management experience with a Mark Cuban Company. Flexible hours around your class schedule. 

Responsibilities:

• Recruit student shovelers and adult contractors using social media, clubs, organizations, and networking.
• Build a local homeowner customer base through inbound lead generation, flyer distribution, community events, and partnerships. 
• Manage routes and your team through our custom built dashboard.
• Work 15 hours per week from August 15 to April 15.
• Check in weekly with your Campus Teams Manager for support and accountability. 
• Grow your network with high-performers across the country. 
• Hybrid/Remote

Hourly rate and compensation:

• $15-20 per hour. 
• Operational Excellence Bonuses
